oh, unexpectedly, Inside Walmart we can do ear-piercing!!!!!!
In fact, supermarket like Walmart has every kinds of thing there,it is certainly a unbelievable thing to me.For example,There are foods, bouches of flowers, furnitures, clothes, and visual-examinted ,and also ear-piercing!!!!And I DID that there@@ kk




I am nearly 20 so that I can have a earhole!!!In short, I cant have any earholes until 20!!!
I have no ideas why I should follow this kind of blind faith. Well, maybe my mom says so!!
( my mom would be happy I said somthing like that^^)

It is so nervous but happy when the ear-piercing divice comes close to me!
Although the worker who helps me with piercing keeps saying it is not hurt and you will be fine,but i am still scared. HAHA,I AM A WEAK GIRL!!!!!

ha, somehow,recently I have been being feeling that my pants change into small one!!

I admit that I eat lots of high calorie food such as salad with much mahonnasie and always fried chicken in every meal.
Come on,who can withstand temptation this kind of tasteful food????!!!!!!!!!

go fishing

i went to Sardis Lake with my friends on saturday!!!
wow,the Sardis Lake Park is really really extermely big and large!!We pretty much got lost here because we can hardly found the fishing place!!
{Is that called "Park"?????}This was my first question coming out my mind.
In my homecountry,the empty or useless land is rarely, you almost cant find one.



I also got up earlier,becouse we met at 7:00am!!
I had lots fun there,though we just got one small fish~
ha,but I guess we were lucky enough to get "one"!
This was my first to go fishing,and it is not boring at all.
In my before thought, I always have an idea that fishing is a boring and not fun activity!
Okaaaay,I am TOTALLY wrong~ sorry for that!

movie time!!

It was so exciting.
My friends and I went to see a movie at later night about 10pm yesterday.
I ENJOY IT A LOT .haha, i love it very much!!It is awesome enough to introduce it to my friends.
The movie named Fast and Furious,and made by Justin Lin.
This is a latest movie, just be shown yesterday,on April 3,2009.
The genre is action movie talked about car racing and more.
Two men rejoin two women to blast muscle,tuner and exotic cars across Los Angels and floor through Mexican,but a crime bring them back to LA.
Go watch it ,friends.

wow, I am here in OLE MISS almost one semester and I am leaving soon.
I cant help crying.
This is certaintly a very nice cute place, either the weather or the people.
AND the teachers here are all very patient who help me solve a lot of difficulties.

BOSTON!!

ha,because of the trip I visited ib spring break,I wanna introduce the woderful,cute,and colorful city more to you!!kk, I think I really like there tho, it is a gooooood shopping place.

There are with many colleges and universities within the city and surrounding area, so it is a
center of higher education and a center for medcine.There are over 100 colleges and universities located in the Greater Boston Area.
In this spring break , we not only went to visit high-class univrsity but we visited the major
shopping place, The Quincy Market.

ha, it is actually the big fantastic city !!we visited the best university in the world Havard and alsoMIT. Ha, it felt great and honorful just walking around these two school, just like we were real student there. we took a lot of picture in Boston. I LOVE BOATON!!!!!!! ^^

Tongue twister

Recently,I have been carzy about practicing tongue twisters! It is really intresting when I am saying it out. Now, I want to introduce you some easy tongue twisters.A tongue-twister is a phrase that is designed to be dificult to articulate properly. Tongue twister may rely on similar but distict phonemes,unfamiliar constructs in loanwords,or other feature of a language.

Well,in my own opinion,practicing speaking tongue twister no matter it is short easy one or difficult long one is a simple way for foreigner like us to correct and improve our pronounciation.When I am saying it out, I don't expect i cn speak it quickly,but I always try to speak it out with a correct and clearly prounciation.

Some tongue twister are short words or phrases,which become tongue-twisters when repeated rapidly. I prepare four simple tongue twister for you!!

Feature of Taiwan * Night Markets

Hahaha, it seems to be a long time i dont post any bloges on it.
Dont be angry ,DEAR Tracy~ !!

When it is at night, i miss the night market in Taiwan a lllllllllot. Beacause I always feel extremely hungry at night, there is no any transportations for me to get some yummy food and there is no vendors stand on street or night market here in Oxford, only what i get at night is "instant noodle"!!!!@@ I love the one who invented this kind of easy-to-made food. well, i think the inventer of instant noodle is a Taiwanese.

well, ha, turn bake to the subject of essay.

I'd love to talk about "Night Market" of my hometowm,Taiwan.
Night markets are street markets operating at night that are generally dedicated to more leisurely strolling,shopping,and eating than more businesslike day markets.Taiwan hosts numerous night markets in each of its major cities. But in the small countryside have small or imformal night markets which are not opened everyday at night.The atmosphere is usually crowed and noisy with hawkers shouting and fast-paced music playing over louderspeakers,but I am absolutely sure you will have a lot of fun there and discover something really special.

My best friend!

Knowing an intimate friend is not easy, luckily, i have one.
Hannah is one of my best friends in Taiwan,and we know each other because our class are all the same,the same class,the same discussion group,and of course the same teacher.She is friendly and considerate girl who always cheers me up when i am sad or unhappy. One day, I couldn't stop crying because someone misunderstood me. I was so embarrassrd and had no courage to explain the truth of that situation. I couldn't do anything about it,just cried and felt sad all the time. However, Hannah helped me with that embarrassing relationship between the one who misungerstood me and me. She did her best to clarify the awful and awkward circumstance even to explain what exactly happened.
Moreover, she also shares her feeling such us who she loves or what she angry about and her own opinions with me,no matter which is good or bad. I think the feeling of friendship is mutual.We are not only good friends but also good learning partners. We encourage each other,cooperate with each other, and also respect each other.
I AM REALLY A LUCKY GIRL,AREN'T I???kkk

Weird weather here in MS

The weather here in MS changes all the time.
In reality, I haven't used to this kind of weather.
Rain, then Sunny,then rain! Sometimes hot but sometimes cold enough.

All flowers bloom together.
They are reaaaaaaally beautiful and cute!!
When I walk to the class in the morning,I enjoy it a lot.
Everything looks different in the spring, and I never tired of seeing these cute sorts of flowers.

Vermont Teddy Bear Company

Teddy bear is my favorite doll!!!
I think it is also girls' good friend in her childhood~

The Vermont Teddy Bear Company is one of the largest producers of teddy bears and the largest seller of teddy bears by e-mail order and Internet.The company handcrafts each of its teddy bears and produces almost 500,000 teddy bears each year.(haha, every is crazy with it!!Just like me.)

The company was founded in 1981 by John Sortino,who sold handcrafted teddy bears in an open-air market in Burlington,Vermont. Sortino happened upon the idea of packaging and selling bears through the mail when a tourist visiting. Burlington wanted a bear mailed to her house. The concept was called the "Bear-Gram",which features the customized teddy bear placed in a box and stuffed with other goodies.

By the way, the company makes old-fasioned,jointed teddy bears up to 3 feet tall. They are available in several colors and about 190 different outfits,such us ballet tutus, wedding gowns and sports uniforms.

Houyi
Houyi was very good at archery and he was also a god of a archery.
Once upon a time, there were ten suns in the sky. Each of them was in form of a three-legged bird. The ten Sun-Birds all had a regular life. Each day only one Sun-Bird had to shine the world and the otheres relaxed or slept in a mysterious forest.
However, one day in the morning, the ten Sun-Birds were tired of having a routine life and then decided that all of them should rise at the same time. They did that for no reason but for fun.The temperature on the earth was getting higher and higher.Most worst thing is that the crops shrivelled in the fields. Lakes and ponds dried up; human and animals cowered in shelters or collapsed from exhaustion.
The greatest god of the heaven heard that people were now suffering from serious heat and he asked Houyi to descend from heaven to aid mankind.After that,he carried his bow and arrow down to the arth and was ready to fight with the Sun-Birds.But they were still mischievous and didn't want to keep God's orders.Then,Houyi lifted his bow and shot them down one by one as quick as a flash.Upon killing the ninth,he left one because he knew that sinshine was important to mankind and people couldn't live without sun.
This is why there is only one sun in the sky now.

Something about president of Taiwan

Huhhuhhuh~ Does he look handsome and powrful?
He is our president,Ma Ying-Jeou,born on July 13,1950.
Now he is 59 years old!Oh my goodness!! He is almost 60!!
Still looks like a man ,I mean not an old man ,right?
He likes sports,especially jogging and swimming.
Technically,he is the first Catholic presdent in Taiwan.
However,he is not in active communion with the Church.
Therefore,Ma is considerd as a "lapsed Catholic"

Ma won the presidency in the R.O.C presidential election of 2008.
He was sworn into office where is in Taipei on May 20,2008.

Ma first earned an L.L.M drgee from New York University Law School in 1976 ,then ,he got an S.J.D degree from Harver Law School in 1981.
I think he is an awesome person not only in school studies but in country management.Oh,by th way,there is a population of 120 million in our country Taiwan.Not a large population number,but it is really
crowded caused of small island.


Ma is married to Cristine Chou with two daughters.Both of his daughters
are currently in the USA.One works at Harver Univrsity,another is persuing her undergrate studies at Brown University.

Mah-jong

It is a game for four players that originated in Mainland China.
Mahjong involves skills,strategy,and calculation,as well as a certain degree of chance.
In Asia,Mahjong is also popularly as a gambling game .In the game,each player is dealt either thirteen or sixteen tiles in a hand.(Taiwan usually deals with 16 tiles,Hong-Kong go with 13 tiles)
On their turn,players draw a tile and discard one ,with the goal of making four or five melds.
In my family(not all of Taiwanese), adults always play Mahjong gambling on the Chinese New Years Eve. I am not sure that Japanese or Korean play it or not,but Mahjon indeed a popular game to Chinese.Tell me,if u are from other foreigner countries and u know how to play.

Do u belive that American can play it?
It is unbelieveable,right?


Today,and it is also my first day to learn how to play it and what is the rules of Mahjong.
Although I know this game when I was child,I still never learn how to play it.
I am shocked by native American speaker that he plays it very well!!!!
p.s The two sit next to me,right side and left side are native speaker.
How shamful I am. 一 一111

Exercise in the GYM

After writing class which were ended around 4:00 p.m.,I went to the GYM for lessening calorie with my Taiwanese friends.
(shouting) I HATE GETTING WEIGHT!!ˋˊ

American eating habits is absolutely different from Taiwanese.
Fried chicken,beef with cheese,hamburger,sweets,bread,or pizza in each meal and every day.......
I am really afraid that my friends in Taiwan can not recognize me when I fly back to Taiwan after five months 一 一!!!

In reality,I miss my hometowm cuisines very much.
Although before I am here,I like "junk food"very much....but now......(sign)

Today,I learned a slang from Jess.>>>>>How to use"dead"into a sentence to emphasize?
Because I remembr I heared it before in a movie ,but I am not sure.
For example, when I am tired,I usually just say"I am so tired"
But how to emphasize that I am REALLY REALLY tired?
Jess saied I can say "I am dead/deadly tired."
Huh,it is useful, isn't it?

The activity is hold by a group of American student who learn Japanese here in Ole Miss.Altough I can not know even one Japanese word , but it is still meaningful to me.Actually,I'd like to learn Japenese in universty,but I get no confidence to learn a new language,at the end,I choose English as my minor degree instead of Japenese.

Experencing via this japenese club,I plan to learn it someday.

The compitition between the two team(Ole Miss and Kentucky) is keen.Maybe someday in my home country,Taiwan,will rebroadcast this energetic game! ^^*

I seldom watch sport programs on TV, seriously, I am not familiar with these kind of basketball rules and basketball terms. Huh~ but.. I still want to experience on the spot!

I am here,in USA

The first day I arrived was 1.14.2009
This is my first time to fly,to go abroad,to live without family.
Um....in fect ,I am a little scared until now!
Cuture, food,lanuage,people,habbits,living stytles...etc,
all of these are totally different.

But, I am really happy and excited one thing,and hard to conceal my feeling.
Shouting for joy : {Wow, I am here, in USA}
Teachers and students here in IEP are all very nice, friendly and easygoing,
I like them very much, and I wish that I could be their friend someday.
